Articles of divorce in the Kuwaiti family law:
Article 111
A- Khula is the husband's divorce from his wife in exchange for a mutual consensual return, with the wording of khula, divorce, match, or whatever it means. B- The khula is only owned by the spouses, or by whomever they delegate.
Article 112
For the validity of khula ', the two spouses are required to divorce according to this law.
Article 113
Each of the parties can return from his offer of khula 'before accepting the other.
Article 114
All that is true, his commitment to Sharia law is to be in lieu of khula.
Article 115
The compensation agreed upon in the Khula must be done, and nothing falls into it that was not made in its place.
Article 116
In order for the husband to be entitled to what he is entrusted with, the removal of the wife must be her choice, without coercion or harm.
Article 117
A- If it is stipulated in the khul 'that the mother breastfeed the child, or have custody of the child without pay, or spend on him for a certain period, and she did not do what she committed to, the father would have to return the equivalent of the child's alimony, the wages for breastfeeding, or his custody. B - If the mother is insolvent, the father is forced to pay for the child, and she is a debt.
Article 118
If the father stipulated that the child should be held with him for the period of custody, the khula 'is valid, and the condition is null, and the incubator had the child taking, and his father was obligated to spend on him and his custody fee.
Article 119
It is valid for the patient to be discharged from the death disease, and the compensation is considered from a third of her money when the heirs do not leave. If she dies while she is in the waiting period, then for the lesser of her inheritance, from the reward, and from the third of the money. And if she dies after the waiting period, or before entering, then he has the least of the compensation, and the third of the money.
