Legal divorce articles in Kuwaiti family law:
Article 102
The divorce of every sane, adult, willing, and conscious husband of what he says, does not count as a divorce of the insane, the imbecile, the coerced, the mistaken, the drunk, the astonished, and the anger if the defect prevails in his words and actions.
Article 103
Divorce does not take place on the wife unless she is in a valid marriage and is not in the waiting period.
Article 104
A- Divorce takes place with the explicit wording in it by custom, and it does not take place with the wording of writing except with the intention. B - and occurs in writing when unable to pronounce it. H- It is by the understandable reference when the inability to speak and write.
Article 105
The divorce must be completed.
Article 106
The husband has the right to authorize someone else to divorce, and the agent has no right to authorize someone else except with the husband's permission, and the agency ends with dismissal, provided the agent is aware.
Article 107
The husband has three shots on his wife.
Article 108
If a divorced woman married another, she was broken down by entering the previous husband's shots, even if she was less than the three, and if she returns to him, he will have three new ones.
Article 109
Divorce associated with a number of words, signs or writing does not take place except one.
Article 110
Every divorce takes place revocably except for divorce before consummation, divorce on an allowance, and divorce supplementing the three, and what is stipulated that it is evident in this law
