Types of harm divorce according to Kuwaiti law:

4- Divorce due to the husband's imprisonment for the execution of a freedom-restricting punishment of more than three years: she has the right to request a divorce due to the detriment of one year after the execution of this punishment.
5- Divorce for non-spending: The wife has the right to request divorce for non-spending through the provisions of alimony issued to the husband and he did not implement them.
6- Divorce in order to establish discord between the spouses: If records were drawn up between the spouses or lawsuits against them between them, then the wife has the right to request divorce due to harm.
7- Divorce to marry another: The wife has the right to seek divorce due to harm to another marriage, but it is a condition that she proves the harm due to her from this marriage, whether material or moral, because the harm here is not assumed.
8_ The husband's illness is a physical or rational disease: she fears for herself from temptation because of it, but it is stipulated that there is no hope of his cure and that a disease deserves separation is the example of physical illness such as sterility and rational disease such as insanity, and there are many examples of diseases.
9_ If the husband commits acts of immorality, immorality, major sins, divulging marital secrets, and defaming his wife.
